PRODUCT SUMMARY
The return from the Tandem Plan is effectively split into two parts:
Fixed Return of 8% p.a. on half the investment after 1 year
Investors receive back half of their original investment + 8% growth after the first year. The remainder of the investment continues, and the return is linked to growth in the FTSE 100 Index Stockmarket-linked growth on half the investment for up to 6 years.
The second half of the investment attracts growth equal to 110% of the rise in the FTSE 100 Index after 6 years and is returned with any growth on the maturity date. This portion of the investment can be re-called early by the issuing bank on payment of 8% for each year that has expired. For example, if the investment is recalled at the earliest opportunity after 3 years, investors would receive 24% growth.
100% Capital Protection Regardless of the performance of the Index, investors will receive the remainder of their capital in full after 6 years.

A 4 year 2 week Deposit Plan linked to the performance of the S&P 500 Index.
The Deposit Plan is constructed to offer a potential return of 8.00% p.a. If on any annual observation date (including the Final Observation date), the Underlying index is between the upper and lower barrier levels income will be paid. For clarity, if on any annual observation date, the index is outside the range, no income will be received, and the plan continues until the next observation date.
Your Initial Capital will be returned in full at maturity regardless of the performance of the Index, subject to Deposit Taker risk.

The Deposit Plan is constructed to offer a potential return of 6.35% p.a. If on any annual observation date (including the Final Observation date), the Underlying index is between the upper and lower barrier levels income will be paid. For clarity, if on any annual observation date, the index is outside the range, no income will be received, and the plan continues until the next observation date.
Your Initial Capital will be returned in full at maturity regardless of the performance of the Index, subject to Deposit Taker risk.

PRODUCT SUMMARY
A 3 year Income Plan linked to the performance of Underlying Commodity
The Income Plan is constructed to offer a potential return of 9.16% p.a. (4.58% semi-annually) if on any observation date, the Underlying Commodity is above the relevant Income Trigger, the income will be paid plus any previously missed coupons. If the Underlying Commodity is above 50% of the Strike Level, full Capital will be returned. In addition, the Plan will kick out if the Underlying Commodity is at or above its Initial Start Level starting from 12 months.
Your initial capital will be returned provided the Underlying Commodity is at or above 50% of the initial strike level at maturity. If the Underlying Commodity is below 50% at maturity, your capital is at risk.
